Reports To: Location Manager/Project Manager/General Manager

Summary: Maintains customer service while performing the following duties.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Equipment:
All hand tools required to perform the required work including drills and screw guns. Tools must be in good working order, or they are to be replaced at the employee’s expense. “Heavy” power tools such as chop saws and hammer drills will be provided by CSG and are expected to be respectfully cared for.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
